		<description>It can get abstract sometimes if you don&#039;t know what you want to achieve but if you have a clear goal and answer the right questions its so obvious that using an analytical approach will produce better results. Thanks for the link Darren, Design Observer is one of the sites I check out now and then though I didn&#039;t know about the book.</description>

Exactly right. The essence of design should always be &#039;problem-solving&#039;, however abstract it can seem sometimes.
