Pity Adobe didn't build in the ability to open the pdf in Indesign even though it was exported from Indesign. I should be getting CS4 in the next week or 2 and then will tackle fixing this up & extending the screens. Thanks for sharing. Found a little bug on page 11. The white title text runs beyond the blue so you can't read the text. Probably something that happened in the pdf conversion. This is great.
