Stick the portfolio section on a page all on its own... your current front page is a nightmare mainly because there are too many elements... you need to simplify. At best you need an intro to who you are and what you do the rest goes on your about page. Then you can add a twitter feed and the rest goes on your social networking page After that you need and link to show that you are online and from it people can go to your communication page where they can either chat, twitter or skype you. For the header you can stick a flash or java rotating message that promotes in a slideshow manner all the services that you provide the quick intro can be static underneath that. Thats enough for now You’re over thinking and overdoing it.
